We are seeking a highly motivated and independent individual with excellent people skills. You will have the main responsibility of assisting customers in connecting their machine fleet and projects (onboarding) as well as providing support in using the platform app.fremby.no. Experience with IT is therefore a great advantage. There are varying degrees of IT competence among customers, and an important part of the job will be to guide them through the connection process and demonstrate the benefits of using the tool.

You should have a background in relevant disciplines such as engineering, technology, mechanics, data, marketing, or similar fields. Experience and a network in the construction industry are a significant advantage. Experience in roles such as customer service/key account/specialist/environmental manager at rental companies, machine dealers, or contractors is beneficial.
