Can I get data from subcontractors and rented equipment?
Yes! Fremby Insight makes it safe and easy to collect data from subcontractors and rented machines. Whether you are a subcontractor reporting to the main contractor or a contractor reporting to the client, all data is handled securely and shared only with the owner’s consent.
Is Fremby Insight suitable for all types of construction contracts?
Absolutely. Fremby is contract-agnostic and works with client-managed contracts, turnkey projects, collaborative contracts, and subcontracted work.
Can I track costs and allocate them across projects and departments?
Yes. In Fremby, you can enter all costs related to your fleet, including markups for internal rental. Automatically allocate costs to projects based on machine hours and actual usage, reflecting your desired markup as well as real expenses for financing, service, maintenance, and fuel.
Can I connect drivers and operators who are hired externally?
No. Currently, drivers and operators must be part of the same organization as the machine they operate.
What if I just want to report?
Then Fremby Free is all you need. We will, of course, try to convince you that upgrading is worth it — but you’ll still get some insights with the free version.
